Engineer and lead process equipment/control systems reliability improvements, optimization, upgrades and implementation of new equipment control systems from concept to commissioning and validation.
Operational, maintenance and troubleshooting support for site systems including manufacturing and utilities equipment such as: pumps , valves, heat exchanges , thermal reactors , heating elements , extruders , controls sensors , liquid and gas collection tanks.
Assisted with on-site commissioning and start of all parts of automation and HMI controls.
Debug , troubleshoot and improve system logic program to reduce downtime and increase effiency.
