• Planned and Conducted comprehensive field assessments of existing Air Force facility electrical systems at more than 20 bases, developing tailored metering recommendations and delivering detailed documentation, site survey reports, and commissioning support to facilitate Advanced Meter Reading System (AMRS) implementation and ensure compliance with governmental energy mandates.

• Developed and recommended critical criteria, design specifications, and performance characteristics for FRCS and major electronic/electrical systems, ensuring Information Assurance/Cybersecurity compliance and minimizing vulnerabilities across Air Force infrastructure.

• Proactively analyzed and resolved complex programming, integration, and operational shortfalls within AMRS environments, minimizing system downtime and optimizing performance for critical facility operations.

• Executed rigorous testing protocols for sensors, meters, and system support devices, ensuring seamless connectivity and compatibility with the AMRS and approved Air Force platforms, thereby guaranteeing accurate data acquisition and reliable system performance.

• Precisely placed and secured steel reinforcing bars (rebar) and mesh according to engineering specifications and blueprints, ensuring structural integrity of concrete foundations and structures.

• Operated and maintained a variety of rebar fabrication equipment, including Table Benders, Shear Lines, Automatic Benders, and Overhead Cranes, to efficiently produce reinforcing steel components.
