  • Responsible for review and final approval of payment transactions (Fedwire, SWIFT, ACH, FX, investment transactions) up to a value of $500MM. Process trades in accordance with the deal's governing documents and received corporate actions.
  • Determine entities requiring KYC adoption, and ensure that client adoption and pipeline approval occur timely in order to meet clients' expectations. Perform periodic KYC reviews to maintain deal compliance.
  • Generate monthly trustee reports to post to the bank's investor reporting website. Answer all inquiries regarding reporting or cash flows in a timely manner.
  • Have oversight responsibility over junior staff to ensure daily reconciliation of cash accounts.
