I managed the Fernandina Beach and North locations for JaxSpine and Pain Centers and oversaw the day-to-day operations, ordering of supplies, balanced invoices and outstanding balances, 100+ employees. I worked with local, state, and federal agencies to be granted, and maintain, accreditation, along with leading the initiative for quality assurance programs. I oversaw all patient scheduling and procedures. I handled patient complaints and new patient inquiries.
