I'm currently on the Accident Review Board, and the Appeals Committee and feel that I have helped many other employees with understanding of what happens during these meetings. I'm a people person, so having great communication skills is important and this helps with my customer service skills. I was nominated and won the Driver of the Year for 2021, which was voted on by my fellow employees.
