As an Assembler, you are expected to:

• Follow outlined specifications to implement assembly plans
• Assemble components with minimal supervision, exceeding expected project milestones.
• Complete durable assemblies and subassemblies with hand and power tools.
• Organize workstations to maximize productivity, reduce distractions and meet deadlines.

As an Engraving/Assembly Assistant you are expected to:

• Help out the Owner/Head of Engraving whenever required.
• The Assistant is trained in both back-of-shop tasks (engraving using industrial machines, assembly of any kind of award, finishings/quality check, etc.)
• And front-of-shop tasks (taking/writing up orders, processing payments, scanning/managing files, etc.).
• Maintains a high level of enthusiasm and kindness towards customers and more.
