Served as crew leader for a second, identical schoolhouse during the same deployment and successfully turned it over at 40% completion.
  • As project crew leader, I led a team of 12 Seabees, 3 Marines, and 10 Air Force personnel in the completion of a 3-room schoolhouse spanning 24.22M by 6.22M, valued at $300k. This school is currently a primary school in use by more than 90 children.
  • Conducted 4 masonry training modules, totaling more than 200 hours of basic masonry training, to 80 employees. As a license examiner and equipment instructor, I organized and conducted 27 classes on various pieces of heavy equipment, totaling more than 1,100 training hours for 108 employees. This resulted in 108 heavy equipment licenses being issued.
