Responsible for running the daily operation of our Norfolk plant. I managed our aggregate and cement inventories for all of our plants in southeast Virginia as well as managed all the deliveries. Performed routine maintenance on the plant and managed the daily and weekly maintenance on our equipment. Quality control on our concrete mixes. Worked with the shop manager scheduling truck repairs. Coordinated with dispatch the start times for the drivers. Assisted the dispatch department with calls and scheduling future orders.
