Results-oriented maintenance leader with more than 12 years of experience as a manager over many diverse groups, and over a decade of prior experience as a mechanic and planner for multiple work groups. Served as team leader of the site planning department in day-to-day job planning and preparation for multiple workgroups both electrical and mechanical. Also served as the site furnace rebuild champion and subject matter expert (SME) for over 12 years. During this time was responsible for all aspects of the demolition of the refractory inside the vessel, decontamination, inspection, repair, and refractory lining installation. Was also the refractory scheduling coordinator for all sites in the business including Taiwan and Mexico by prioritizing by site the order of rebuild assuring on-time delivery from multiple vendors across the world.

In addition to these tasks over the last 3 years, took on the responsibility of building an accurate budget based on the repair scope and effectively communicated to the business stakeholders the scope of the repairs, the cost associated with the scope, and the risk analysis of failure if repairs were or were not performed.

During all aspects have strived to be an Effective liaison to Leverage trends across industries and markets to derive solutions and approaches focused on creating value for customers and profitability for the company while streamlining processes for efficiency and productivity.
