responsibility over a 200-line budget of approximately $6M.

Reduced program operating costs by 25% by way of a full two-year Lean transition of the program. Stabilized and maintained operating costs as a percentage of revenue over the subsequent three years while available revenue had fallen by 28% during the same period. This was achieved through continued high-return Lean implementations, creative personnel scheduling, creative class scheduling, and keen management of staff attrition.


Managed KPIs related to both internal and external customer satisfaction to levels higher than they had ever been in the twelve year history of the program.
