Increased facility census from 88% to 93%. Eliminated contract labor. Removed department managers who were creating a negative work environment and replaced them with team players. Met and then exceeded all budgetary goals.

Organized new employee orientation, assisted the building in recruitment of new employees, performed other duties as assigned by the facility Administrator.
