Current Achievements

  • After being acquired by SPARC and ABG, I helped develop and lead a new visual operations team to support the field. I collaborated closely with HQ partners across various departments to align our vision and determine the tools needed for effective in-store visual presentations.
  • Supported the recruitment and hiring efforts for additional Field Visual Operations Managers (FVOM) based in Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, and Miami.
  • Developed and published company-wide visual standards that support brand integrity and continuity throughout the fleet
  • Developed and launched the division of responsibilities (DOR) program for store management teams, in partnership with human resources and regional managers
  • Leads the mock and corporate store (East & West) execution process for all seasonal floorsets.
