• Working on over hauling,(Pouch and Industrial) Pumps Motors , All of the Pneumatic actuators (Pouch batch deck full overhaul throughout) varying in sizes, Cutting hydraulic hoses and crimping JIC fittings and overhauling and installing hydraulic cylinders, Pm and maintain industrial strapper heads , Replace Chain and bearings on rollers heavy duty and light duty Fabrication and modification when needed, Removal and over haul (Sterilizers) SPX Valve, 3 way pneumatic valves for xray, V1,V2,V3 valves , Bardianii valves, Air tests for sterilizers 2-4, Overhaul steam rack (Fillers Industrial) new ball valves, fittings, braided hoes range from 4-12 gauge. replace and rebuild ITT valves and regulators, (Pouch and Industrial Coil tanks) full over hauls on return tank line 3 and 4 (industrial)Barcos removal and overhaul new packing and carbon gaskets new main bearings and removal of coil. And same for batch tank 1 and 2 (Pouch).
• Welding

(Stick welding) stick weld all of the saftey channel between the rollers on (Fillers 1-8 Industrial) Aprox ,168 Peices of channels.

(Tig welding) welding elbos and spray ball in (line 3 return tank Ind) to prevent splashout, welding brackets for ITT valves above (Sterlizers 3 and 4)Welding Roll on farrels for (line 3 return tank Industrial), Fabricated and weld new guides for drive chaines for (Filler 1 and 2 Ind)

• Fabricating

Assist Fabricated and install all popups for (Infeed conveir fillers 1-8 Ind).Assist Fabricate and install stand for sprayer tank for (Fillers 1-8)

• Industrial Filler Lead 3 years

Ran a group of 32 people for Industrial fillers to produce bins and drums of tomato product,inspecting saftey and guiding people to safely product for Tomatek standards for industrial fillers product and complete the paperwork for company standards.

• Pm and maintain forklifts for the company overhauling the hydraulic system and hoses and brakes for the forklifts and also driving them for moving of the baby almond and peach plants
