As one of the Founding Engineers at AiAutoPilot, I took ownership of frontend engineering, significantly enhancing user experience and operational efficiency through innovative design and technical implementation. My core responsibilities included designing and developing robust frontend applications that automated and streamlined critical operations such as ticket categorization, prioritization, dispatching, and overall ticket management.

• Spearheaded the creation and implementation of an intuitive AI chatbot interface, delivering seamless and efficient customer interactions and support automation. Additionally, I developed dedicated operational tools for internal teams and external clients, notably optimizing workflows and reducing overhead for Etech7's IT department by automating previously manual processes.
• Collaborating closely on system architecture, supporting backend integration, AI-driven workflows, and deployment processes to facilitate end-to-end platform efficiency.
• Building and refining the Agentic IT Knowledge Base System utilizing advanced technologies such as LangGraph and DSPy, enabling sophisticated multi-agent systems for IT diagnostics, intelligent research capabilities, and autonomous handling of queries.
• Supporting the deployment of modular and scalable APIs leveraging FastAPI frameworks, asynchronous task handling, structured reasoning pipelines, and implementing robust human-in-the-loop validation processes.
  

My role required deep expertise in frontend frameworks (React, JavaScript, TypeScript), UI/UX design principles, API integration, asynchronous programming, and comprehensive knowledge of AI integration techniques. I consistently emphasized performance optimization, responsive design, and user-centric solutions that aligned closely with business objectives and client needs.

• Independently designed and developed custom web projects tailored specifically to client requirements, leveraging modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Managed end-to-end deployment operations, ensuring smooth project transitions from development environments to production, including domain configuration, hosting setup, and database management.
• Maintained transparent and proactive communication with clients, clearly translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms to align expectations, clarify project scopes, and ensure timely delivery.
