I have been at Green Circle Growers for almost 38 years. Started as general labor moved up to crew leader and the Supervisor over seeing all production at plant 2. Then I was promoted to assistant plant manager at Plant 2 for a short time before being transferred to Plant 6 as an assistant manager when the liner program moved.

Because I had the most knowledge of the product line. And the people involved with it.

I work with growers and other key people on a daily basis to make sure we are doing what makes the most sense, and to work out any issues that may arise.

I have good communication skills, which help me communicate with salespeople, as well as other teams within the company, on a daily basis.

I have been running Plant 6 for a while now, and I know what it takes to get the jobs done and to keep the plant running efficiently.

I think I am a good candidate for this position, considering I grew up here at Green Circle Growers, and while I might not have a college education, I have the Green Circle education skills needed to succeed here. And I think I have proven this many times.
