- Oversee the student staff selection process including the application, evaluation, hiring and on boarding of 350 student staff members. Worked with Human Resources and Business Operations to submit employment action forms and hire paperwork.
- Direct the curriculum and instruction of the Resident Advisor Class. Maintain syllabi in accordance with CACREP and the Department of Counselor Education and Educational Psychology standards and instructed the Paraprofessionals in Student Development class sessions for all first-year undergraduate Resident Advisers.
