  • Serve on the UHRE leadership team, consisting of the Executive Director, and 4 other Directors and Associate Directors. Considered 2nd to the Executive Director and serve as the main contact for Housing in his absence for the division.
  • Responsible for an overall Resident Experience Budget of 750,000, ensuring compliance and proper budget management of the Hall and Resident Hall Association budgets.

  • Oversee the student leadership organizations including Residence Hall Association, National Residence Hall Honorary, Residence Advisor Association and worked with direct advisors to ensure proper procurement, fair legislative changes, and in pr oviding periodic updates of the organization.
  • Oversee the student staff selection process including the application, evaluation, hiring and on boarding of 350 student staff members. Worked with Human Resources and Business Operations to submit employment action forms and hire paperwork.
  • Direct the curriculum and instruction of the Resident Advisor Class. Maintain syllabi in accordance with CACREP and the Department of Counselor Education and Educational Psychology standards and instructed the Paraprofessionals in Student Development class sessions for all first-year undergraduate Resident Advisers.   • Serve as judicial hearing officer for students referred for disciplinary concerns enact appropriate judicial sanctions and/or personal counseling to effectively resolve disciplinary concerns in consultation with Dean of Students Office.
