Caustics Officer

Distributed all caustics. Chemicals to the Main Unit and the Work Camp. Also provided all sanitary maintenance items (mops, brooms, mop buckets, toilet plungers, toilet bowl brushes, trash can, trash can liners. Provided all PPE supplies to include: ppe suits, masks, gloves, Fentanyl Kits, etc. Submitted reports and updated the reports and kept an inventory on their situations emergency supplies as well hurricane supplies. Submitted quarterly purchase requests for the caustics and laundry department through have also ordered security equipment (spit shields, spit shields,etc). Ariba Spend Management. Was given a P-Card for the institution in my name and required quotes and ordered items for the institution. Accepted all items once received i to inventory and accepted these items into the Ariba Spend Management system. Monitored inmate phone calls as well as inmate bank. Typed disciplinary reports in our system ((CDC).
