Walk around take samples of the six ferms to insure they are producing adequate ethanol. Every two hours take cook sample for solids and ph. If analysis is not in par I notify the board operator and supervisor right away. On day shift I also notify the lab manager. When time allows I also clean in progress, break room and lab. I do the yeast prop and do the ferm fills with correct pitch.
