  • My family and I moved to Guam, a U.S. Territory in the Pacific in 2007. My husband was the sole ENT Provider for that region for 5 years. I assisted in the establishment of a practice and managed the financial aspects of the practice. I also functioned as the anesthesia coordinator from 2008-2011. I scheduled providers to work, managed the staffing and schedule. I also coordinated Locums providers to cover. I remained a part-time CRNA in the OR there until August 2013. I continue to maintain my privileges there for future Locums work. Our family had the opportunity to travel to many other islands, The Philippines, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. I have an interest in health care delivery and had the chance to examine many other cultures and their expectations for health care.
