Roles And Responsibilities

  • I was responsible for developing a strong successful sales team. Recruited, hired, coached, trained advisors, and Associate Sales Managers. Managed department's conversion rates from leads, to appointment set, interviews that show/not showed, tours, paperwork, enrollments, referrals, and examined all show rates. Always monitoring advisors activity to insure all advisors were meeting 90% of their job description. Also recruited, interviewed, and toured the campus with potential students for our High School and Adult recruitment programs. Maintained and monitored student's outcomes from start to finish. Develop and implemented training plans to assist Advisors to produce positive outcomes. Monitored daily "dials" to assist advisors and Associate Managers in time management and setting up their daily activity. Always followed all policies and procedures.
  • Maintained reports of all new students financing paperwork and proof of graduation to insure students were able to start classes with proper funding.
  • Implemented training plans to monitor retention and consistent follow-ups to lower attrition.
  • Worked closely with Regional Vice President of Admissions and Campus President in forecasting my department's sales goals.
  • Responsible for staying fully staffed at all times.
  • Conducted daily training and meetings so that all recruitment and enrollment activity was in compliance with all policies and procedure guidelines.
  • Responsible for all lead distribution and marketing activity for both productivity/compliance and provided all information to our Corporate Operations and Marketing department.
