  • Elected Board Member for Atlanta Military Officers Association, serving as their current Treasurer/CFO.
  • Currently run and on the Masters Track and Field USA. Currently World Ranked and All American earning silver and bronze medals in: the Steeplechase, 8k Cross Country, Half Marathon, 3000m indoor track, 5000m outdoor track and 10k road races.
  • Was on the 4 x 800m relay team that set the World Record in our division.
  • Selected as on of the top 8 athletes to represent USA in Santiago, Chile in November 2025 for the following events: 5000m, 8k Cross Country, Steeplechase and Half Marathon.
  • Served in United States Army as Ordnance Officer and Paratrooper; earning my highest award: Bronze Star.
  • Served in the Department of Justice.
  • Started a mentoring program in 2023 called Reach and Rise with the YMCA in Kennesaw that is now in full effect in our community.
  • Created a youth running program, Kilometer Kids in partnerships with Boys and Girls Clubs of metro Atlanta and YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta. Dedicated to inspiring youth for ages 5 through 14 to achieve their health and fitness.
