• Currently at a new construction lease-up, Luxia Midtown- 307 units mid-rise community.
• Previously, general manager over 667 units split in two phases. Both garden style apartments and
team of 13. Sold 9/2021.
• First community that I was hired to be the community manager was at Sonsrena, 430 units and team
of 9. Sold 7/2021.
• Manage day-to-day operations and keeping within expenses budget by utilizing vendors resources.
• Consistently increasing rent and minimize concessions while retaining residents retention.
• Mentored each team member to maximize her/his full potential.
• Garden style property class B of 251 town homes and HOA management.
• Managed renovation projects within the building, maintaining a high occupancy 96-97% average,
surpassed income collection by 2-3% average monthly while keeping it under budget for expenses.
