Sometimes I greet guests at the front entrance, answer questions, escort them to a specified location, reprint cards, or enroll new members. Other times it is working the Guest Services line making sure that the guest gets back on the floor in a timely manner. When understaffed it is manning the booth and working Lost & Found. For a couple of hours each day one Ambassador will "man" the office and answer the phone, process Win/Loss Statements, process online enrollments, and direct other Ambassadors to do Pit Runs. It is a very physically and mentally demanding position in which I have honed my interpersonal and team bonding skills.
