For the last 20 years, while working with the Lancaster School District ,I have supported in delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum for 3-5 year olds , as well as, cleaning, presenting music and movement and stories. I also set up snacks and meals. All these were done while keeping safety of the children and others in mind.

• Developed strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues by maintaining open lines of communication and fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Managed classroom behavior effectively by establishing clear expectations, modeling appropriate conduct, and consistently enforcing established rules and consequences.
• Assisted in creating a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promoted emotional well-being and academic growth for all students.
• Enhanced classroom engagement through the use of interactive teaching methods, such as group projects and hands-on activities.

During my 8 years of employment with Betlehem Lutheran School I conducted tasks to assist teacher in a three year old classroom and in a kindergarten classroom. In my last five years, I worked as a 4 year old teacher. Both positions involved presenting developmentally appropriate curriculum, cleaning, music and movement, stories, food service and keeping safety in the forefront of each day.
