I work independently in this office alone, with minimal support from others working from various other locations.
Answer calls for Medina, Fairview, Lutheran, Marymount, and Mercy hospitals, and occasionally answer other locations as needed. Provide online patient support and customer service. Assist patients with their appointment questions. In charge of calling in all staff for the 3rd shift surgeries and PACU. Provide support for on-site emergencies, such as system/phone downtime, and fire/safety. Also, send out morning texts to remind doctors of needed discharges for incoming needs for admissions.

Assist in troubleshooting equipment failures, such as the call system, printers, WOWS, and other unit devices. Assist with maintaining bedside nursing supplies as needed.
