  • Worked in resource, content selection for the TV channel to bring programming that can share peace of Christ, that are doctrinally sound and adhering to Shalom World Policies. The selection is based on curating content for various themes like faith formation, personal god experience, vocation promotion, addressing teachings of the Catholic Church, Parent's resources, programming for Children, teens, faith stories, missionary features, ministry features etc..
  • Collaborate with ministries in USA, Canada and internationally to create video series that can give hope, healing and help viewers lead a Christ centered and sacramental life. This includes, laying out the themes, topics, guests and various segments that can powerfully bring out the theme of the show. eg: collaborating with family ministries, medical doctors, kids ministries, youth ministries, men's and women ministries, Catechists in sharing their expertise through the collaboration.
  • Work with Schools, prisons, parishes in supporting them with Shalom Media resources and empowering them to use them in the religious education/ministries. This includes preparing a plan for them, identifying media resources suitable for them and their ministries, working with their available medium -web/tablet/TV/other platforms to integrate Shalom World resources. Constant communication or feedback to address their needs.

The various resources and show ideas were geared toward educating, inspiring and empowering people to lead a Christ centered & sacramental life. The shows were aimed towards helping them answer their faith related questions, helping them overcome their spiritual struggles, and helping them with Christian lifestyle choices leading them to healing and transformation.
  • Work with Christian media houses, ministries and artists in giving them a bigger media platforms through Shalom World TV so that an international audience may also come to experience their God given gifts.
  • Review of program episodes to ensure they adhere to the magesterium of the Catholic Church, Shalom World policies and according to the program specifications laid out.
  • Mentor and form program team members internationally for each region: USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia to lead the program team in respective countries. For this conduct training sessions and programs
  • Mentor interns and group of volunteers with tasks relevant to media mission forming them to be media missionaries.
