• Purpose of the project: Providing academic support for the students throughout Georgia

My Duties:

• Collaborated with faculty to identify students in the need of extra help.
• Provided English and Biology courses for students from the regions of Georgia in the need of extra academic help.
• Supervised other tutors in the program to fulfill their duties and assisted them with familiarizing themselves with the program.

Purpose of the newspaper: Raising awareness about gender equality issues in Georgia, spreading information about feminist ideologies and occurring events relevant to feminist movement.

My Duties

• Wrote pieces about feminist ideologies and gender stereotypes in Georgia. Some of my published articles are: "Feminism: Timeline" and "Feminist Ideologies."
• Translated some of the articles from Georgian to English.

Purpose of the volunteering project: supporting girls overcome gender stereotypes and raise their self-confidence. Creating a safe environment for sharing experience of gender discrimination.

My Duties:

• Organized meetings for the group of girls, managed administrative logistics of events planning, setting dates and times of the meeting. Ensured that the meeting times would be suitable for the organizing team members and other participants.
• Prepared discussion topics and directed the ongoing discussion.
• Arranged activities that would help girls open up, icebreakers.

• Started debates club online. Conducted training sessions and organized tournaments.

• Assisted the instructor to supervise the beginner debaters.
• Assisted to provide helpful and easier materials to the students.
