I have held many positions with Home Depot in the past 17 years. My current position handles all special orders, and installs once they are paid. I work directly with the installers, and vendors to make sure the work is done correctly, and all items are delivered to customer. I handle customer issues related to installs as well as special orders. I follow up on balance dues and refunds owed to customers. I track shipments of products from warehouse to Home Depot or customer if it is a direct ship. I have worked as a head cashier for several years monitoring the cashiers, created schedules, managed breaks and lunches. I worked in the paint department, flooring specialist, and appliances specialist.
