• Monitors and ensures organizations compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices.
• Provides instructions to managers on how to issue corrective actions, including maintaining equitable and systematic adherence throughout process. Recommended appropriate resolutions to employee relations concerns and handled disciplinary issues and investigations of misconduct.
• Directly responsible for determine employees eligibility and entitlement with regards to FMLA/LOA claims.
• Update Leaders of recruitment processes, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
• Promotes confidential, safe and secure environment for all employees to report grievances and complaints.
• Maintain optimal staffing levels by tracking vacancies and initiating recruitment and interview processes to identify qualified candidates.
• Direct each phase of hiring process, encompassing employment verification, employee relations investigations, criminal background checks and onboarding.
• Manage other HR staff and oversaw completion of tasks and initiatives.
• Perform administrative and customer service functions by responding to general employee inquiries, addressing employee relations issues and scheduling meetings.
• Coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing calendars, events and activities.
