Driven by a passion for culinary excellence and efficient kitchen management, I honed my skills at Tamarack Marketplace, mastering meal preparation and task delegation. My ability to maintain high standards of food presentation and foster a team-oriented environment has significantly enhanced service delivery to the highest degree! I am very quick to adapt and I can fit in anywhere I am placed no matter who or what I'm working with. The love I have for food and kitchen work has caused me to learn so much in so little and I am ready to branch out and experience new things along with fostering new connections along the way.
I worked this position on my days off while working at the Tamarack to get some experience working in a different setting and working in a new style of restaurant, which was casual fine dining. I also got to work under a new form of leadership under the current executive chef there Alex Hatfield.
