Inbound

Sorter

• open every boxes from big gaylord
• separate parts of tractor put in the tote or put on the pallet
• check quantity
• check origin country
• If It 's big amount. I have to use scale.
• scan barcode from box, add information on computer
• print out putaway label
• send small parts to conveyor and big parts leave on the pallet

Packager

• follow structure from Pacspec paper such as, what's size of box, what's size of bubble sheet, bubble bag or plastic bag or auto bag machine.
• type parts information on the computer
• put parts in the boxes and organize boxes, and make boxes balance on the pallet
• print out putaway label, and big items leave on the pallet send to the location line or if small parts put in the tote and leave on the cart location.

Putaway

• take a cart with full of parts to small parts area
• use scanner gun scan on cart HU sticker and than it will show location , so I have to take that parts to bin storage location.
• check quantity and check parts number, if it's matching number

Outbound

Order Selector

• bring parts from line location number
• click parts location on computer
• scan all parts into computer
• type serial number,
• measure parts for example, weight , length, and width
• leave parts on the pallet and wrap by automatic wrap machine.
• print out information, address or measurement products paper, and ship it

Picking

• small parts picker
• use cart, small printer label, and scanner gun
• scan pallet HU sticker and go get parts from location show on scanner
• scan on the bin and take parts some amount
• check quantity , part number and than print out the label
• On the scanner, It will show location on the scanner, and leave parts on that location.

• Sorted a pile of clothes.
• Sorted pillow, pillow case, bedsheets, and purses.
• Sorted kitchenware, housewares, artware
• Stocked and rotated products.
