1st Freshmen TJC Apache Punch Drumline Member to ever be ranked as a captain. Awarded 5s Champion at Richemont North America which jump started my career in continuous improvement. Hand picked for Kaizen & TPS Training by the Japanese Toyota Kaizen Travel Team while working for Toyota in Jackson,TN. Led a team of 7 at Milwaukee tools on a start-up to improve productivity and increase accuracy. I built the department to over 60 employees over 3 shifts and increased productivity by 40% and increased accuracy by 20%. I Coached a team at Helen of Troy through a cost saving project providing layout redesigns & conveyor system improvements to increase throughput & reduce quality issues. These projects where across 2 facilities and equal a cost saving of about $2 million with a projected ROI of just 2-3 yrs. I lead an Initiative across shipping department and reduced cost in manpower by 35% and decreased Picking cycle time by 58% at Sinomax by implementing Lean Six Sigma principles and redesigning of Inventory Layout.
