As sole pastor, I was the primary leader and teacher of the congregation. My role was to teach, instruct, lead, and guide the members of the congregation in their Christian life and growth.

• Taught / Facilitated ~750 class sessions to adult learners.
• Redesigned the new member onboarding class and facilitated it to over 30 prospective new members.
• Designed and launched 5 major discipleship training programs, incorporating key principles of adult learning and focusing on actionable abilities over head knowledge.
• Conducted sessions in a full variety of formats (In-person, Zoom, hybrid, pre-recorded)
• Responsible for creating and supporting the learning environment of all training sessions.
• Delivered ~500 speeches (sermons) to audiences ranging from 10-120.
• Redesigned the church’s family discipleship program.
• Created and led a major culture-shift training initiative to increase psychological safety, effective communication, and trust.
• Wrote post-training program surveys and analyzed responses.
