Field Technician
Time Warner Cable/Spectrum
- Perform installation service for new and existing customers
- Maintain customer retention through exceptional customer service, quality and safety standards accordingly
- Safely operate work vehicles and maintain equipment and supplies
- Ability to research and troubleshoot technical issues and develop a plan for optimal resolution
- Ability to work skillfully, having full range of motion and physical mobility as necessary
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships through exceptional communication and positive work relationships
- Maintain accurate records for services rendered in accordance with company policy and procedures
- Infuses knowledge of all company products and services to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure overall operational support is achieved.
