Facilities:
· Conduct monthly Facilities Walk-through
· Conduct quarterly Safety Walk-through
· Submit CAFM for building issues.
· Set up security information to open/close office building.
· Manage Building Emergency Procedures Plans
· Communicate with external vendors and service providers.
· Coordinate with property management for needed repairs and building upgrades.
· Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities.
· Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building.
· Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with environment.
· Coordinates compliance with County safety procedures between department staff and safety personnel.
· Coordinates, monitors, and directs the acquisition, allocation and use of equipment, supplies, telecommunication systems, office, and facility space.
· Coordinate office repairs and maintenance.
· Contract venders for office supplies, workstations, landscaping, etc.
Supervision/ Imaging:
· Over five years of experience as an SOA
· Supervise and provide work direction to clerical staff, directly or through lead worker.
· Explains and interprets work procedures.
· Train and arrange for training of Clerical Staff.
· Schedule and assign work to clerical staff.
· Create and maintain case report balances.
· Update and manage Workforce Management.
· Manage schedules, track attendance, approve timesheets.
· Order supplies.
· Ability to utilize applications such as Outlook, Excel, CalSAWs, Hylands (imaging), MEDs, Teams, Time Management, Workforce Management, STARX.
· Assisted with the process of scheduling, preparing folders, interviewing, and hiring.
