My work environment, the past 20 years, was mainly unsupervised. Creating my own work schedule with Amazon has been helpful. Due to the flexibility, I was able to stay at home with my son and work around his schedule. The Team Lead and I try to meet up once a month. As a former group fitness instructor, I had the same flexibility. I would bring my son to the facilities day care while working. The group fitness coordinator and I had a meet up every six months. My son has started college this fall. There are three years I did not work. I had some family issues and my husband carried us financially. As an Area Manager, I sold, produced and distributed the Source Real Estate Magazine on my own. I worked out of my apartment. I have always been number one in any sales I have ever performed from young age.
