Tobiah England

As a trainer it is my job to train new McDonalds employees on the proper policy, procedures, and etiquette of the store and company. I also lead the production team and assist any of those who need guidance in any position within the store. My significant accomplishment are: Getting promoted multiple times, multiple performance raises, and being cross trained in every position.

Worked as general cleaner and repairman for England Cleaning Service. I transported cleaning equipment from job to job and helped organize cleaning operations. I repaired whatever was necessary inside the house or as needed for the equipment or job. It was primarily focused in residential areas as well as cleaning specialists for private properties.
