I would frequently volunteer on the football team to help the community in way such as, cleaning community parks and shoveling driveways in the winter. We would clean the community park annually, so the members in the community had a place to connect. The shoveling led to lots of recognition for our program via twitter, which intern gave me the opportunity to speak live on Fox News on behalf of the team.
