Oversee a crew of 5 or 6 insemination operators to achieve high fertility on 14,000 breeder hens. Follow proper semen collection and insemination techniques to achieve better than standard egg production and fertility. Maintain all equipment necessary for the artificial insemination process (Pneumatic clamps, conveyor belts). Use a skid steer in tight spaces to clean manure/ spread litter. Maintain a DOT certification in order to move machinery/ cattle trailers between farms.
