Developed familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment for optimal results. I then started learning how to clean upholstery and different types of fabrics. I learned how to do paint corrections and how to recognize small blemishes in paint. I have over 20 years of experience in the field. I run a car wash and have been doing so for the past five years. I keep up with car wash maintenance, and make sure my guys are up to pair with everything . I put my job first and I refuse to fail, I take and stay in charge a true boss. Even with 20 years experience i continue to groom myself and get the max production out myself. I have done payroll and managed payroll hours. I currently run and manage 2 dealership. I make sure each and every car is front line ready and all the customers i deal with get a 5 star treatment

• As a make ready manager my job was to make sure all the cars new and used were front line ready. I had to train and groom all employees hired for the make ready position. I had to order all chemicals on a monthly basis . I worked side by side with the sale manager, general manager & owner to ensure i was on top of everything. I left the company when it was sold and went back to Oveido Dodge were I'm currently working
