I was awarded the Naval Achievement Medal after Operation Karat in 2022, a multi-national training operation in Sri Lanka while being apart of the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit. During my time in Sri Lank I was able to successfully establish communication with the USS Anchorage by designing a field expedient antenna out of copper wire. This allowed for proper logistical and intelligence support from higher command and led to the overall success of the mission
