  • Conduct building condition surveys of commercial and K-12 facilities. Evaluating and preparing cost estimates of these facilities including: NYS energy code requirements, electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, emergency / egress lighting and emergency power generation systems.
  • Prepare proposals and cost estimates of potential new clients as well as existing.
  • Prepare construction documents from schematic design (SD) thru construction documents (CD's).
  • Prepare specifications of designed electrical systems based on individual project needs.
