NTT DATA HTH Project – Research, Data, Application and AI project

• Invented a new set of analytics capabilities with improved results and eliminated the need for expensive tools
• Created a new data model in NoSQL that has a humanlike brain functionality to read, memorize, and use information.
• Invented new IP which does not use traditional ML to learn.

• Research and Development to discover why ML is unable to handle complex support tasks, theory on how to resolve and design an application, AI service and Database to solve the problem.

• Lead the Data Architecture and Engineering teams to build a new processing system and database moving into early versions of Oracle RDS and a pre-release version of Redshift backed by a SOLR search engine database for visualization and a custom Graph database to contain the Ontology.
• Lead Data Modeler with the Data Science team to develop the ontology for this solution covering metadata for questions, survey content, layout, answers, scoring, variables, lexicon, taxonomy and early methods of calculating sentiment and score logic for calculating based on categorization both for relevance to the category and the segment. Ontology was managed in a custom Graph, Embarcadero was used for 3rdNormal Form models.
• Setup the data governance for this new solution with enforced management of the ontology and using the taxonomy in the database to ensure use of the ontology was consistent across all ingested data, all visualized data and products.

Medco Specialty Pharmacy

• Lead Enterprise Architect and Business Analyst creating the Services Component Business Model for the project resulting in a development of project planning guides, IT Architectural designs, business process design and a feasibility study for the client to use to create a new service for their customers.
