Summary

I am a planner, I like to have a game plan when I go fishing. I set a goal for the trip like where I will fish, what area I will target and how long I will target each area. I like to know the weather, wind etc. And, I strive to accomplish my goal each time. In tournaments, the goal is always to win, but personally I give myself a goal to catch a certain number of fish or certain weight fish. This makes every trip a challenge for me, I love it and love working hard to get what I want.

  • I have fished my entire life, tournament fished for Blue Catfish and Flatheads since 1999. i fish several tournament trails and enjoy the competition and comradery that comes with tournament fishing.
  • i enjoy fishing for fun with my wife and grandson as well. We love being on the water and enjoying God's gracious gifts.
  • i fish from a 17 foot bass tracker that has been redone to accommodate for catfishing. It's a small boat but we enjoy it and catch plenty of fish on it.
  • We also own our own dragging weight business. We are the owners of Take Down Draggin Weights. My wife work full time jobs and make the draggin weights as well. We are very blessed to be able to do what we do.
