Palm Bay: I was / am responsible for a single family home and property ( 1/4 acre), I did a complete renovation upon purchase and continue to do updates as requested including installation of a privacy fence.

Maintaining mobile homes and grounds for a 300 unit park.

Remodeled homes as to sell.

Electrical and plumbing as well as flooring.

Installing new windows and doors as needed.

Built stairs and ramps as needed,

Painting inside of home and installing new siding on exterior.
