- Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving issues.
- Conducted tours of amenities and dormitory to prospective students and parents
- Analyze and implement new emergency strategies through planning and resource drills to ensure appropriate execution was 100%.
- Represent the department and establish collaborative relationships with other departments.
