Starting out in the restaurant industry in 1995, I had the pleasure of working for Wolfgang Puck while holding the following positions: Director of Training, Opening Bar Manager for 3 locations/concepts, General Manager, then staying in Orlando, FL with his 3-concept location. My journey has been a fun, exciting, hardworking, and rewarding career so far.
