Starting out in the restaurant industry in 1995, I had the pleasure of working for Wolfgang Puck while holding the following positions: Director of Training, Opening Bar Manager for 3 locations/concepts, General Manager, then staying in Orlando, FL with his 3-concept location. My journey has been a fun, exciting, hardworking, and rewarding career so far. I pride myself in being a professional, levelheaded, fun and knowledgeable individual that has experienced just about all I can in the restaurant industry with great results. I bring a fun and bright light to all areas I am working in, also a great sense of problem solving during high stress times and events. I have a vast financial understanding with the business’ P&L to increase profitability through managing vendors and creating systems to flow sales dollars to the bottom line.
