  • I was tasked with orientation and on-the-job training for new hires that resulted in a highly successful maintenance and training team.
  • Mixed new hires in with experienced trainers to perform side by side. At first to view what right looks like and then to have those new employees conduct training and have the more experienced workers evaluate the new employees resulting in a uniform standard training experience for all customers.
  • 40 hour training consisted of in-processing of students, the crawl phase (powerpoint brief), the hands on portion, the mounting and operational phase for each type of system, then the evaluation phase on the final day with hands on evaluation and then a written test.
  • Spearheaded design and implementation of the maintenance training course to establish successful onboarding of new employees.
  • Edited training materials, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials resulting in more user friendly and easier to understand products.
