• Renovated an existing branch of the University of Michigan Credit Union in Grand Blanc, MI located inside of Ascension Genesys Hospital while also managing construction of a new ground up UMCU location in Northville, MI.
• Managed the improvements on a JV Baseball field on the Catholic Central campus in Novi, MI consisting of new Astro turf, back stops, dug outs, scoreboards and other site improvements.
• Supervised the clearing, utility installation, foundations and a portion of structural steel erection for a new 60,000 SF, 60-million-dollar STEM addition on Catholic Central High School in Novi, MI.
• Oversaw the Mechanical and cosmetic improvements of a 12,000SF infectious control wing of the Garden City MI Hospital.
• Supervised the renovation of an existing food packaging plant in Hamtramck, MI. Scope included three additional wings on the bldg. for cold storage, dry storage and a prep kitchen; in a tight city lot; totaling roughly 20,000 SF.
• Managed the conversion of an old strip center into a new 30,000 SF M.O.B (Medical Office Building) for Garden City Hospital with an urgent care, CAT scan and PT office inclusive of a plunge pool for hydro therapy.
• Supervised the conversion of old 120,000 SF Kmart into new strip center with multiple tenants along with site work utilities for a new Burger King and Aldi in the outlets.
• Successfully managed Wal-Mart renovations in nine different states of different sizes and scopes.
• Managed over one hundred commercial projects ranging from 1,000 SF-150,000 SF throughout the Detroit, MI, Columbus, OH and greater Indianapolis, IN and Chicagoland real estate markets with average profit margins of 15-25%.
• Consistently managed real estate assets (retail, individual, office, municipal) valued between 5-10 million annually.
• Executed residential development of multi-million-dollar luxury homes and condominiums throughout the Metro Detroit area; bringing to market 20-25 units/yr. (5-8 million annually); over 200 in all.
