Then we built the new store in Mukwonago and we hired more sales people for a total of 9 and did an average of 95 vehicles per month. We grew the store by hiring a few more managers, the highest we did was 131vehicles in one month. Motivated team members to meet and exceed objectives by setting goals, tracking performance on daily basis and implementing improvement strategies.
